How to create facial masques at home
Your skin needs different products that would maintain its radiance and glow. There are several products out in the market that claims to give you what you’ve always wanted, a firm and flawless face. However, most of these beauty products have chemicals that might irritate your face especially if you have a sensitive skin. If you want to stay beautiful using only natural ingredients, then why not try creating your own facial masque instead? You can have someone apply the masque on your face or you can easily do it on your own.
One of the most common facial masques is the clay masque. This is one of the best facials for those who have sensitive skin. All you need is a French green clay, organic rose hydrolat (also known as the distilled rose water), bentonite or kaolin, essential rose oil, and an Aloe Vera gel. What you should do is to mix the bentonite and the French green clay together. In a separate bowl, combine the organic rose hydrolat and the Aloe Vera gel. The mixture of aloe and rose must be added to the clay mixture only little by little. You must stir it until no lumps can be seen. Before you apply it in your face, add the rose oil. You can place the excess facial masques in your refrigerator and use it some other time.
Honey is not only healthy for your body; it can also be an excellent masque to have a glowing skin as well. For several decades now, honey has been the best beauty secret of the Egyptians. If you want to use honey as your facial, all you need to do is to use a cloth that has been dipped in the warm water. Put in your face for several minutes so that your pores will open. Afterwards, you may now smear on the honey and leave it for 15 up to 30 minutes. Just use a towel and a warm water to doff the honey off your skin. Don’t forget to wash your face with cold water so that your pores will not be left opened. This technique can be done at least once a week. You will notice that after you do this honey masque, your skin will become smoother and firmer.
